I am an Assistant Professor in the Division of Sports Science and Physical Education at Tsinghua University, a doctoral supervisor, and a Tang Zhongying Young Scholar at Tsinghua University. I was awarded the Tsinghua University Award for Teaching Excellence in 2024.

I received my Ph.D. from the Faculty of Sciences for Physical Activity and Sport (INEF) at the Technical University of Madrid, Spain. I hold a Master's degree from South China Normal University (Guangzhou, China) and a Bachelor's degree from Yan'an University (Shanxi, China).

During my doctoral studies, I served as a performance analyst for Real Madrid C.F. and the Spanish national youth basketball teams (U18-U20). Upon returning to China, I worked as a performance analyst for the Chinese Women's National Basketball Team as well as the Tsinghua University male and female basketball teams.

My primary research interests include:
• Integration of wearable technology, artificial intelligence, and big data in sports science
• Monitoring, evaluation, and intervention in athletic performance
• Sports data visualization and applied analytics in high-performance contexts

My lab has established strategic research collaborations with elite organizations including Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Valencia CF, the Lithuanian Women's National Basketball Team, New Basket Brindisi (Italy, Lega Basket Serie A), and the San Antonio Spurs (NBA). These partnerships support cutting-edge research that bridges academic innovation with elite athletic performance on the international stage.

My current projects span basketball technical-tactical diagnostics, physical testing, spatiotemporal data mining, and sports injury analysis (see the Publications section for details).

The Athletic Performance and Data Science Lab (APDS), which I lead, is actively recruiting Ph.D. students, postdoctoral researchers, and summer interns.
